TQ Workforce Development Ltd
All our training programmes are delivered by TQ's own, highly experienced, sector specialists, who train and assess our Learners, and Area Managers who conduct internal verification to ensure national standards are met. Working together they ensure very high standards are met and maintained.
Each training programme is designed exclusively for our customers and while training and develoment is tailored to suit the individual learner, we also take into account the strategic needs of our client's business. Well-trained and competent personnel ensure the success of any organisation. As we conduct the majority of training and assessment in the workplace, it's reassuring to know that all TQ people are CRB vetted and offer total client confidentiality.
TQ Workforce Development predominantly offer courses to NVQ standards; however please contact us for any other specific requirements that you may have. We also deliver full apprenticeship programmes at both level 2 and higher level 3.

Working with us
TQ staff at all levels are amongst the most highly trained and skilful in the industry. Many are ex armed forces or have a police background with highly developed Security Sector skills. Our staff also receive ongoing training and development keeping them up with the latest skills and knowledge; we have recently had our Investors in People award renewed with excellent feedback.
