First Line Digital, one of the UK's leading aerial installation companies have made it mandatory for their engineers to undertake the NVQ at Level 2 in Electrical and Electronic Servicing (Signal Reception Pathway) and are leading the way in the industry. This is all part of the RDI drive to get all installers professionally qualified and registered for their "tick in the box" .TQ Workforce Development have partnered with First Line Digital to deliver their NVQ programme including the training, across the UK. The first engineers have now achieved their NVQs and Mike Davies the Operational Director of First Line Digital is fully committed to giving all of his staff the opportunity to get their NVQ. TQ carry out all of the assessment electronically and work alongside the company to support their training and career structure. It is a partnership that is working well, underpinned by Train to Gain funding.
