Is made up of 2 separate but complementary companies.
TQ Workforce Development Ltd which specialises in the delivery in the workplace of NVQ and Apprenticeship programmes. TQ is currently the only national provider of qualifications to the security sector. We deliver awards in Providing Security Services, Spectator Safety, and Car Parking; Management, Team Leading, Business Improvement Techniques (BIT), Logistics, Customer Service, Administration, Training & Development, and short courses.
TQ Training Management Services supports organisations in managing training programmes large or small, brokers in other companies to assist where relevant and provides general management support to other training providers. We also offer assistance in applying for, and managing, Funding Agency programmes and implementing MIS systems for training organisations or departments.

Our in-house specialists conduct audits and inspections across the range of training provision, benchmarking against national standards.
Our work in this area mirrors that of the OFSTED and the financial monitoring teams of the Skills Funding Agency, and we ensure we continually remain up-to-date on required standards. Feedback from this team enables operational staff to constantly improve on the services we offer.
