Our obsession with Quality
We believe all of our training is quality driven. Our in-house specialists conduct audits and inspections across the range of training provision, benchmarking against national standards. Our work in this area mirrors that of OFSTED and the financial monitoring teams of the Skills Funding Agency, and we ensure we continually remain up-to-date on required standards. Feedback from this team enables operational staff to constantly improve on the services we offer. Our team works on site with learners, trainers and managers to report on standards and agree action for any improvements that may be needed. We check documentation, follow audit trails, interview learners and line managers, and carry out thorough systems checks to ensure training meets national benchmarks. TQ Quality Improvement Department can offer employers a bespoke service in Training Needs Analysis leading on to customised programmes and robust, independent quality assurance of in-house programmes as required. Our Quality Improvement Director, Tracy Phelps and her team ensure that quality processes are fully met or exceeded, and that our company meet all required standards. |
