Minimum Contract Levels

Changes to Minimum Contract Levels are an opportunity for all training providers to improve their work based learning

The introduction of Minimum Contract Levels (MCL) by the Skills Funding Agency (SFA) is an opportunity for all training providers to review their delivery of funded qualifications.

For training providers this can represent the opportunity to work with other providers to share business processes, good practice and take advantage of significant economies of scale.

TQ Training Group (TQ) can support providers affected by MCL. If your SFA contract is below £500,000, or just above that level and likely to be affected in the coming years as the MCL is increased, TQ can help you manage the transfer of contract values and allow you to continue to operate under your own brand.

  • TQ has 15 years experience of delivering significant numbers of apprenticeship and NVQ qualifications with small and large employers.
  • TQ operates nationally with staff in England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland
  • TQ has a track record of high quality delivery of work based learning
  • TQ delivers a broad range of qualifications including security, customer service, business administration, team leading among others

TQ wishes to work with training organisations who have a similar desire to provide a high quality learning experience. We are keen to work with providers who deliver across a range of sectors, not just those listed above.

The benefits of working with TQ include:

  • The ability to continue to operate under your own name
  • The option to tailor the services that TQ provides to your organisation
  • A contract that is renewed (subject to quality and performance criteria)
